Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with an invoice as well as a tracking link so you can follow your package. Shipping days count from when order has left the warehouse.

Please attach your order number or order confirmation in your email. Please note that our customer service opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Visa Electron, Maestro. We also accept contactless payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
How do I amend my order?
Our tawul team can help you change to a delivery address within the same country if you contact them within an hour of placing your order. For all other amendments, like size or colour, you’ll need to wait for your order to arrive before exchanging it.
